TULU FILM ?RICKSHAW? ON MANGALORE ROADS

On 8th November late Shanker Nag was remembered in two media meets at Green House Raj Milan on the occasion of 58th birth anniversary of the actor, director and creative genius.

The first one is the Tulu film launch with Karthik playing the role of Auto Rickshaw driver while the other one was the audio song on late Shanker Nag Autone Devaru…from the film ‘Metro’ released by five auto drivers.

Rickshaw is from Sri Muthu Films on the unity and integrity. Hindu auto driver is given support by Christian and Muslim in the difficult days. At Mangala Devi Temple in Mangalore in the presence of three religions heads the film is going on the floor on 12th of November. Praveen Kumar has written story, screenplay, dialogues and produces the film while Ha Su Rajasekhar in the field since 31 years directing 34 films is heading the megaphone.

There will be a model auto rickshaw with newspapers, medicines; water etc says Rajasekhar who is in his second Tulu film. It is 32 days schedule at Mangalore, Madikeri and Chickmagalur.

Karthik is teamed with Sara Sharma and Rupika. Subash Shetty is villain, Suresh Mangalore is in a small role. Salim Putthur in music, Kaurava Venkatesh in stunts are working for this film.

Rupika plays lawyer and she is knowing about the Tulu language. This is a tricky and serious subject she says.
